We hope you choose Rats Motel because you genuinely love what you see, not on impulse. If you have any questions about sizing, styles, or shipping, please reach out before placing your order. We're always happy to help and will do our best to make your shopping experience a good one.

Once an order is placed, we generally do not accept cancellations or refunds due to a change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photos and an unboxing video showing the issue. This helps us verify the problem and work with you toward an appropriate solution.

As a curated multi-brand boutique, Rats Motel works with independent designers and brands, each with their own return and exchange policies. Therefore, exchanges may not be available for all items except in cases of product quality issues.

Some brands may offer size exchanges on selected items. If you wish to exchange for another size, please contact us to check availability and eligibility. If an exchange is approved, the customer is responsible for both the return shipping cost and the shipping cost of the replacement item.
